We stopped by a beautiful blossom tree along the lane. Another couple of weeks or a surprise shower of rain and the Spring Blossoms will be over for a whole other year. Better to take a moment to breathe in their sweet fragrance while it lasts.
I love the stone wall along the side of our garden. There are many dry stone walls in the village which must have been built many, many moons ago. Although our wall is not a dry stone wall it has it's own bedraggled charm.
Queen Anne's Lace ( a favourite of mine) is back along the hedgerows.
And many a pink-tipped daisy graces the green.
